Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using PromoHub Africa ("the Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including Promoters, Advertisers, and Administrators.
2. Description of Service
PromoHub Africa is a technology platform that connects Advertisers who wish to fund promotional campaigns with Promoters who complete social media engagement tasks in exchange for payment. PromoHub Africa is not a bank, a mobile money operator, or a licensed financial institution. We facilitate transactions using third-party Mobile Money and payment services and are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of those third-party networks.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not create multiple accounts, impersonate another person, or share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Wallet, Deposits & Withdrawals
Funds held in your PromoHub Africa wallet do not earn interest and are not insured or guaranteed by any government deposit insurance scheme. Deposits and withdrawals are processed via Mobile Money and other supported methods and may be subject to processing delays, network outages, or verification requirements outside of our control. We do not guarantee instant or same-day processing. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the payment details and transaction references you provide.
5. Campaigns & Tasks
Advertisers fund campaigns at their own discretion and acknowledge that PromoHub Africa does not guarantee specific business outcomes, follower quality, or engagement results. Promoters submit proof of task completion for review; approval or rejection of submitted tasks is at the sole discretion of PromoHub Africa administrators based on the criteria provided. Rejected submissions are not eligible for payment.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use bots, scripts, or automated means to complete tasks; submit false or fabricated proof of task completion; create multiple or fraudulent accounts; abuse the referral program through fake referrals; or otherwise attempt to defraud the Platform, other users, or third parties. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
7. Referral Program
Referral bonuses are credited only when a referred user completes a qualifying action as defined by the Platform from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program, or to withhold bonuses obtained through fraudulent or abusive referral activity, at any time without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software associated with PromoHub Africa are the property of PromoHub Africa or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROMOHUB AFRICA AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SYSTEM DOWNTIME, PAYMENT PROCESSING DELAYS OR FAILURES, THIRD-PARTY NETWORK OUTAGES (INCLUDING MOBILE MONEY OPERATORS), OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) TEN THOUSAND (10,000) FCFA.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PromoHub Africa, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of any third party's rights.
12. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is fraudulent, or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Platform's business interests.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, government action, or failures of third-party payment or mobile money networks.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties, and if unresolved, submitted to the competent courts of Cameroon.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email where feasible.
